		<description>hey for all those people not seeming to get like any results really just go for a quick run it doesnt have to be fast you dont even have to run but think about it go jogging for 10 minutes not on your tredmil but go outside where its hilly and more appropriate. think about it 10 minutes is like nothing out of your day it is all the commericail breaks in one t.v. show combined... 10 minutes not everyday just like once or twice a week if you add the calories you burn from running on top of this diet really you will have no problem.... some people think they cant run like at all well your wrong you can its just your pace is too fast... you can run for 10 minutes just maintain a pace that will allow YOU to maintain a constant 10 minute run you dont even have to run jog if you want but i had a 20 minute walk everyday from school doesnt do anything much its not until you have run for 10 minutes and knowing you pushed yourself so hard that it takes you 20 minutes to catch your breath</description>

		<description>i'm bored don't try these things i know alot about diet, but it will be a fun challenge so starting tomorrow. today i ate over 7000 calories (haven't done that in a long time) no joke i'm an emotional eater. although lucky because not overweight i am usually a healthy eater my BMI even says i'm underweight, lol. i'll keep you posted. 
any other emotional eaters?</description>

As you can see in my Nov 13th post, I started this plan with a weight of 171.4 with 10.2% body fat, a week later i was at 165.4lbs with 9.1% body fat. I mostly ate healthy since then but far from perfict. my weight fluctuated a bit but I was off the diet for a while. I am 3/4 way through week number 2 and have really stuck to the plan. I have avoided diet soda, snacks but have had the occasional protein suppliment. I have ran for 20 mins a day for 5 times a week. this morning was amazing results compaired to when I started-155.0lbs with 7.6% bodyfat. I have reduced my body fat by a third while droping 16 lbs. The keys are dont eat late at night, follow the diet, DO THE CARDIO and dont give up</description>
